The Firefly Brigade 3rd Sunday Critical Mass Rides(CMR) aim to help create awareness for bicyclist's rights on the road. We organize the CMRs to create bicyclist presence on the road so that motorists recognize us as part of traffic.
Bicycling is a form of non-motorized transportation (NMT) and is a great tool to combact climate change and promote environmental awareness.
The monthly CMRs are usually free of charge and are great venues for meeting other bike commuters, recreational riders and those just starting to ride the streets of the Metro.
NO HELMET, NO RIDE!
